The TNPSC is actively recruiting candidates as per reforms in 2012. In that regard, the JA/ Bill Collector/ Draughtsman/ Field Surveyor posts recruitment was split into divisions as Phase I and phase II counseling recruitments. The Phase I counseling was conducted earlier and following which the Phase II counseling is to be held on 24th January, 2013. This is now being followed by the phase IV counseling after the phase III counseling held in the last week of January 2013.
The JA/ Bill Collector/ Draughtsman/ Field Surveyor posts recruitment hosts 226 posts for the candidates who have been selected through written and oral examinations. The posts remaining after the Phase I counseling will be distributed to the candidates appearing for Phase II recruitments.
The candidates eligible for the JA/ Bill Collector/ Draughtsman/ Field Surveyor posts selection for phase II counseling can be referred at TNPSC site:

The candidates can refer to their register number in the web page and get to know their selection for the counseling. Separate information on the date, time and place of the phase II counseling will be informed to the candidates shortly by the Board.
Reserve List candidates:
Also there are a selected few candidates on the reserve list for the JA/ Bill Collector/ Draughtsman/ Field Surveyor posts phase II counseling. The list of the selected candidates can be referred in the below link:

The candidates in the Reserve List will be considered for allotment from the respective categories against the vacancies caused due to any of the following reasons:
i. Non-joining duty of selected candidates.
ii. Selected candidates who joined duty but left thereafter.
iii. Cancellation of Provisional selection of the selected candidates for any reason.
