Hall Ticket for TNPSC Group I Examination posts

The call letter or Hall ticket for posts included in Group-I examination which is scheduled to be conducted soon is put up by the TNPSC Borad. The candidates can download their hall tickets or call letters for the Group-I examinations for the posts of Assistant Commissioner, EO, Grp.I HR & CE. The dates of examination have been informed to the candidates individually.

The memorandum has been put up in the net at the official TNPSC website which would direct the candidates as they enter their registration numbers in the search slot provided.
The memo holds information on the date, time and place of the counseling for the above mentioned posts.
Candidates are also asked to provide and bring in the necessary documents to verify the authentication of the personal, caste based and educational information of the candidates.

Combined Results for TNPSC Post of Radio Supervisor

The written test for the TNPSC Post of Radio Supervisor in the Tamil Nadu Engineering Subordinate service 2009-2012 was conducted on 9th December 2012. This was followed by the oral examination that was scheduled to be conducted on 26th of March 2013, by the TNPSC commission.

The candidates who have passed the written examination were eligible to take up the oral tests next on the date mentioned above.
Individual intimation regarding the date and time of the Oral Test were sent to the candidates separately by
the TNPSC Board.
As such the Board has released a combined results notice from which the candidates can get an idea on their placement and position among the other cleared candidates. The Final results will be posted soon with the appropriate rank order and details based on the caste, sex and merit basis.

A few candidates are marked with a star (*) next to their registration number based marks. This indicates that those candidates are yet to submit a few other documents supporting their educational qualification, caste and seniority details. Those candidates are requested to submit these documents as soon as possible.




The Departmental Examinations 2012 results

The results for the Departmental examinations for the year 2012 conducted earlier has been published of the results. These results can be referred by the candidates by logging into the below link at:

As such the results of the Subordinate Accounts Services Examination part-I results have been announced separately for the written test held on 28th and 29th of December 2012 as a part of the results of Departmental Exams. The below link would direct the candidates to the result page where the cleared candidates have been mentioned by their names and address. The unsuccessful candidates list based on their registration number has also been provided in the result page.

TNPSC Veterinary Assistant Surgeon and Research Assistant posts exam and application date details


The posts of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon and Research Assistant are open to be filled in the Tamil Nadu Animal Husbandry Service in the Tamil Nadu Public Services Commission (TNPSC). So, the candidates who are eligible for the post can certainly apply for it and get a job at the State Government.

The application for the test has been open from 08-March-2013 and will remain open till 01-04-2013.

The applications are invited through online mode only as per the Board decision. The test will also be a Computer Based Test (CBT) as per the TNPSC reforms introduced last year.

Scheme of examination of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon and Research Assistant Posts in TNPSC

The TNPSC exams mostly follow a written examination followed by an oral test to test a candidate on both analytical and leadership skills. A TNPSC examination is a public service examination hence an official in TNPSC must have the qualities of analytical reasoning and handling of situation skills to solve any problems and work in the post.

• The Question paper in Paper - I General Studies will be set both in English and Tamil.

• The existing syllabus under Paper-I & Paper- II have been clubbed together and constituted as a Single syllabus for Paper-II in the subject Veterinary Science (Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science). The question paper in Paper - II Veterinary Science (Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science) will be set in English only.
