As scheduled by the TNPSC Board, the selected candidates
based on their cut off marks in the VAO examination under TNPSC exams are
invited to the counseling starting yesterday (dated 03-01-2013). This counseling
session is planned for two days, 3rd and 4th of January,
2013 based on the exam taken during 30-09-2012.
The counseling following the new reforms by the TNPSC Board
also aims at placing candidates in jobs available at their own districts/ divisions
as much as possible.
Following this wonderful event the total number of
vacancies, vacancies as of today (dated 04-01-2013) after placements on 3rd
are as given below:

As can be seen, the counseling
covers the job vacancies in about 30 districts all over Tamil Nadu. The Chennai
district is not mentioned owing to the fact that there are no vacancies in
there for the post.
