TamilNadu Public Service Commission will soon be releasing notification for recruitment of Hostel Superintendent cum Physical Training officer in TamilNadu Subordinate Service. Aspiring candidates are invited to apply for the posts of Hostel Superintendent-cum-Physical Training Officer in Chennai through Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.

Physical Training Instructors lead fitness and training programs that keep the students in good shape. Those aspiring to a career as a physical trainer must be energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoy helping others reach their goals. The job responsibilities of this post are as follows:

(i)           Supervision of hostel.

(ii)          Maintain Discipline in the hostel.

(iii)        Manage the students for their timings of arrival and departure by marking the attendance of students

(iv)        Ensure there is no Ragging in the hostel premises.

(v)         Ensure that students are paying Hostel Fees in time.

(vi)        Conducting cricket or football matches, organizing adventure activities such as camping and arranging for cultural programmes.

(vii)      Conducting fitness and health tests as well as counselling

(viii)     Manage a wide range of sporting facilities.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should have done Diploma in Physical Education from any recognized institute or university by University Grants Commission.

Pay Scale:

Selected candidates will get the prescribed amount of salary i.e. Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 2800.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected through Personal Interview.
