TNPSC group
2 interview is based on the overall supervised
personality of a candidate. TNPSC (Tamil
Nadu Public Service Commission) group 2 combines secondary examination 1 for
the requirement of various vacancies in Tamil Nadu, state government departments.
The candidate who has completed their graduation is eligible to appear in TNPSC
group 2 examinations. The candidates are selected for the interview, based
on first two stages of exam. Before attending an interview candidate’s first needs
to appear in exams approaching preliminary and written examination, interview
or oral test.
In any entrance test candidates needs to get qualified
high score from preliminary examination. Without preliminary exam candidates cannot
move to further examinations. The preliminary examination is an objective type.
It is associated to general, english, general knowledge and general Tamil. TNPSC examination board sets the question paper in two
sets. First paper is on general knowledge with general Tamil and another one is
general knowledge with general english. The question paper will be limited for 100
questions related to general knowledge and the remaining 100 questions is
either from general Tamil or from general english.
The questions are predictable in both Tamil and English
languages on general knowledge with respect to the degree standard. The general
Tamil and general English languages are established with respective 10th
standard. The duration of time for the exam is 3 hours with
maximum 300 marks for both written exam and for oral test.You need to score 90 marks
in only written exam. To qualify for the written with oral test is with minimum
102 marks.
Written exam is also an objective type. Entrance examination
question paper involves the questions about general knowledge, general English
and general Tamil. Written exam also consists of two sets of paper. First paper
consists of 100 questions on general knowledge and the remaining 100 questions are
on general English or on general Tamil.
General knowledge questions are set on both languages English
and Tamil, correspondingly on degree level and high school 10th standard.
To appear in interview candidate needs to attend both exams written test and
oral test. Aspirants should score minimum marks in both exam to appear for an
interview.
Written exam is conducted in 3 hours duration. The maximum
marks including both written test and oral test are 340.You need to score
minimum 102 marks in only written test to qualify for the selection. You need
to score 102 marks in both oral tests and written test. The candidates who have qualified for written test,
they can appear for the oral test or interview. Oral test carries maximum 40 marks.
In an Interview candidate required to answer the questions on technical knowledge,
current activities and government strategies. All these qualities are considered
to judge a candidate. Entrance exam is essential in any sector. It doesn’t
