The candidates who took the Assistant Commissioner Examination in Tamil Nadu HR & CE Admin Department in the HR & CE Admn. Service for recruitment to the post in TNPSC, of which the written exams were conducted back in 30th and 31st of March 2013 at Forenoon and Afternoon, have their answer keys announced on a recent note.
These candidates now also have the facility of checking if their answer methodology in their written exams were right.
They can view where they might have gone wrong based on the answer key that has been tentatively released by the TNPSC Board as a part of the 2012 reform. The answer key can be reached at:

Right Answer has been tick marked in the respective choices for each question. As per the TN[PSC Committee norms, representations if any shall be sent so as to reach the Commission's Office within 7 days. Representations received after 9th March 2013 will receive no attention.
