The transparency in TNPSC gives confidence and trust

The transparency in the TNPSC system following the reforms of 2012 has given trust and confidence to candidates across Tamil Nadu towards the TNPSC system, said Mr. Natraj, Chairman, TNPSC.

In Bharathiidasan University, the29th graduation ceremony was held for the students graduating as of year 2012. The Governor of Tamil Nadu and Chairman of the Univeristy, Mr. Rosaiah, headed the occasion and awarded degree certificates to the graduating students of both under-graduation and post-graduation levels.

Mr. Natraj, Chairman, TNPSC had graced the occasion as the chief guest and as he spoke he said,
“In our country, more than 1.2 crore of the population stops at being educated after the 10th standard. Of the total 2.89 crore student population in our Nation, only 1.66 crore of the population continue their education after tenth standard.

Currently the facilities for a candidate to experience in a college and University are widely insufficient. Only 7% of this goes for the further higher studies. About 25% of the teacher’s recruitment remains vacant still.

Due to online registration system for the examination, about 40 lakh candidates have applied for the examination. This system and its transparency have brought in a trust about the TNPSC “

This trust will continue still with the following years and new reforms that will further benefit the candidates applying through the system.
