Educational Qualification eligibility details for TNPSC Veterinary Assistant Surgeon and Research Assistant posts

As far as the educational qualifications part for the posts of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon and Research Assistant in the Tamil Nadu General Service in TNPSC is concerned, the candidates should possess:

Name of the Post	Qualification
Veterinary Assistant Surgeon	B.V.Sc Degree and Must be a Registered Veterinary
Research Assistant, Institute of	practitioner under the Indian Veterinary council Act
Veterinary Preventive Medicine,	1984 (Central Act 52 of 1984)

Note:
Candidates  possessing  the  Certificate  of  Registration  within  the  meaning  of  Tamil
Nadu Registration of Veterinary Practitioners Act 1957 (Tamil Nadu Act XXI of 1957) may
also apply.  But they should produce Certificate of Registration obtained under the Indian
Veterinary Council Act 1984 (Central Act 52 of 1984) at the time of Oral Test.

The Degree qualification prescribed should have been obtained after passing SSLC/10th, H.S.C, Bachelor's Degree.
